Juice the stalks for revitalizing celery juice.
Use the leaves to add flavor to soups, stews and salads.
Stuff with peanut butter and top with raisins for the ever-popular “ants on a log” snack for kids.
Make cream of celery soup: Combine celery, potato, onion, and butter with kosher salt. Cook until onion is tender. Add some broth; simmer until potatoes are tender. Purée in a blender with fresh dill; strain. Stir in some cream. Serve soup topped with celery leaves, sea salt, and oil.
