For Preparing Broccoli
Toss with a little olive oil and desired seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin) Roast at 350º until crispy.
Pulse in food processor to make “rice” and add to cauliflower “rice” for a colorful, healthy side dish.
Spiralize the stems to make “noodles”.
Finely chop and add raw to any salad, or to soups and casseroles for a nutritional boost.
Steam or boil until tender and puree with broth or water with an immersion blender until smooth for a velvety soup. Add garlic, salt or other spices.
